Bava Dhillon is a proud Cree and East Indian entrepreneur, business strategist, and community leader rooted in Sapotaweyak Cree Nation, Manitoba located in Treaty 4 Territory. With over 7 years of service, elected as a Council member, Bava has consistently pushed for economic growth, youth mentorship, and Indigenous-led innovation. His impact in leadership earned him a nomination for Grand Chief of the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, cementing his role as a trusted voice in Indigenous governance and development.
As the co-founder of SABE Wellness Pharmacy, Senior Advisor to Bison Modular & Cobra Mechanical, and Vice President and part-owner of Dhillon Automotive Group ( the first Treaty-owned car dealership in Canada ) and now the Director of Social Feather Media. Bava is one of the few Indigenous leaders successfully leading multiple powerhouse ventures across healthcare, automotive, construction, and digital marketing, building an ecosystem of businesses that serve both community and commerce.
His edge? Real-world experience in sales, marketing, and business coaching. At Social Feather, Bava channels his expertise into helping First Nations communities, grassroots entrepreneurs, and large Indigenous organizations craft strategies, close sales, and elevate their brands with purpose. His no-fluff coaching style, paired with modern digital tools, has made him a trusted mentor for Indigenous business owners ready to level up and thrive.
